Camden Town Area Guide

Guide to Camden Town

Camden Town is renowned for its Stables market, collection of fashion, music venues and curiosities along Regent’s Canal, which offers excellent walking and cycling in both directions. A haven of counter culture, the area is popular with tourists, teenagers and iconic punks.

The buoyant nightlife scene includes live music in popular pubs and bars, with major stars playing at the famous clubs including the Jazz Café, Electric Ballroom, Koko and the Roundhouse.

Excellent restaurants include Gordon Ramsey’s York and Albany, Shaka Zulu and the Blues Kitchen.

The green open spaces of Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and the London Zoo are also close by.
